[ Partner Referral Program ]
You know the businesses.
We build their tech.
Refer a business that needs software, automation, or a real tech team — we embed vetted builders inside it on retainer. You earn a share of everything they pay, every month, for as long as they're a client.
Invite-only. Partners are vetted and onboarded through your regional Coding Captain incubator.
[ The moment, not the trend ]
Every business needs a tech team. Almost none can hire one.
Small businesses can finally afford real software help — not as a $200K engineering hire or a $50K agency project, but as an embedded team on a monthly retainer. AI changed what a small team can deliver, and Coding Captain is the agency that places those teams. The one thing that can't be automated is the introduction. Businesses don't hand their operations to a tech team they found in an ad — they hand it to one that someone they trust recommended. That's where you come in.
Businesses need software, continuously.
Websites that need to keep working, bookings that should be online, workflows begging to be automated, AI tools they keep hearing about. It's not a one-off project — it's an ongoing need that never had an affordable answer until now.
Embedded teams, not agencies.
Coding Captain places vetted builders inside the client's business on retainer, with senior code review and oversight. The client gets a team that knows their operation — and can scale up or down monthly. No hire, no layoff, no $50K quote.
Trust is the bottleneck — and you have it.
Demand on one side, teams ready on the other, and nothing happens without a trusted introduction. Businesses say yes to the tech team their accountant, consultant, or chamber recommends. That introduction is worth real, recurring money.
[ What you're referring them to ]
Not an agency project. A team inside their business.
When you refer a business, they don't get a quote and a contractor. They get a dedicated tech team embedded in their operation — one that sticks around, learns their business, and handles whatever comes next. That's why clients stay, and why your share keeps paying.
Vetted builders embedded in their business, working their priorities — not a ticket queue at an agency that has fifty other clients.
Every line of work is reviewed by senior engineers. The client gets agency-grade quality at embedded-team speed and cost.
No statement-of-work negotiations for every request. The team picks up whatever's next — website, automation, AI tools, IT.
Need more, add capacity. Need less, scale down. No hiring, no layoffs, no contracts that outlive their usefulness.
[ Your role as the partner ]
You make the introduction. We do everything else.
No selling, no project management, no technical knowledge required. You connect us with a business that needs help; we scope it, build it, bill it, and keep them happy — and you get paid for as long as they stay.

[ What you get ]
Built for people who take their referrals seriously.
Your network trusts your recommendation — that trust is the most valuable thing you have. Everything below is designed so that recommending us never costs you any of it.
A share of every payment, every month — not a one-time finder's fee. One good referral pays for years.
Stripe pays you directly after each client payment clears. No invoices, no chasing, no waiting on accounts payable.
Track every referral, its status, and your commission as it lands. Export anything for your books.
Your share is written in clear terms before you refer anyone. No surprise fees, no clawbacks, no fine print.
A referral link you can text, email, or post anywhere. Any business that fills it out becomes your referral automatically.
Your incubator agency is your point of contact. Real humans, real answers, no overseas ticket queues.
You make the introduction. We handle scoping, building, billing, and the ongoing client relationship.
Pause or leave whenever. You keep every commission you've earned. We never lock partners into anything.
[ The partner portal ]
Transparency, by default.
Every partner gets a private dashboard. See every referral, every paying client, every commission — in real time. If you can read a bank statement, you can read this.
- Earned-to-date and pending commission, always visible.
- Every referral you've sent and exactly where it stands.
- Per-client lifetime earnings, updated with every payment.
- Audit-friendly history you can export anytime.
[ Who it's for ]
Built for people whose network is full of business owners.
You don't need to be technical. You don't need a sales pitch. You need businesses that trust you when you tell them about something worth their time.
You're already inside their operations. When they need tech help, you're the first to know — now you can be the one who solves it.
Every client whose books you keep has a website that needs work or a process that should be automated.
Hundreds of member businesses, all wrestling with technology, all trusting your referrals.
Your clients' growth plans almost always have a technology gap. Now you can close it for them — and earn from it.
Your clients ask you for software all the time. Refer it instead of turning it away, and keep earning from the relationship.
Churches, nonprofits, civic groups — anywhere business owners gather and trust each other's recommendations.
[ Why this exists ]
You make one introduction. It pays for years.
Every referral fee you've ever been paid had the same flaw: it was one and done. You handed over a relationship you spent years building, someone else monetized it for a decade, and you got a one-time check.
We think that's backwards. When you refer a business to Coding Captain, you created the relationship — so you should share in it for as long as it lasts. Every month they pay for their embedded team, a percentage lands in your account. Not the first month. Every month.
Coding Captain doesn't do cold outreach. Businesses don't hand their operations to a tech team they found in an ad — they hand it to one their accountant, consultant, or chamber recommended. That introduction is worth real, recurring money. We'd rather pay it to you than to an ad platform.
"We don't want partners to hand us relationships for a finder's fee. We want them to own a share of everything those relationships create."
Coding Captain — Partner Referral program
[ Frequently asked ]
The questions partners actually ask.
What kind of businesses should I refer?
Any business that needs software, automation, a better website, AI tools, or ongoing tech help — which is nearly every business. Most referred clients are SMBs: dental and medical offices, law firms, contractors, retailers, local manufacturers, professional services.
What does 'embedded tech team' actually mean?
Instead of quoting one-off projects, Coding Captain places vetted builders inside the client's business on a monthly retainer, with senior code review and oversight. The client gets a team that knows their operation and handles whatever comes next — not a rotating cast of freelancers.
How much do I earn, and for how long?
Your percentage is written into your partner agreement before you refer anyone. It applies to everything the client pays, every month, for as long as they remain a client — not a one-time fee.
When and how am I paid?
Through Stripe Connect, directly to your bank account, automatically after each client payment clears. We never hold your funds — Stripe moves them straight to you.
Is there any cost to join?
No. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no minimums. The only thing you need is a Stripe-eligible bank account.
Do I have to sell or manage anything?
No. You make the introduction. Our team handles scoping, proposals, delivery, billing, and the ongoing relationship. You can watch every status update from your dashboard.
What happens after I refer someone?
Your regional incubator reviews the referral — usually within a day or two — then reaches out to the business directly. You'll see the status move from 'in review' to 'accepted' to 'paying client' in your portal.
What if the client stops working with Coding Captain?
Your commission runs as long as they pay. If they leave, it stops; if they come back, it resumes. You keep everything earned along the way.
Can businesses refer themselves through my link?
Yes. You get a personal referral link you can text, email, or post anywhere. Any business that fills out the form is automatically attributed to you.
Can I leave the program?
Yes — anytime, no penalty. You keep everything you've earned.
Why is this invite-only?
Trust matters here. Our regional incubators vet every partner so that a referral from this program means something to the business receiving it. It keeps quality high on both sides of the introduction.
[ Ready to talk? ]
You already know businesses that need this. We'd be glad to build for them — and to pay you for the introduction.
The Partner Referral program is invite-only. Send a short note about who you are and the businesses in your network, and we'll connect you with the incubator covering your region. Most introductions happen within a few days.
We read every email personally. Please include your name, what you do, and the kinds of businesses in your network.
